Wow nice, congrats on reaching your goal!!! Yea if it got you results like that I will definitely give it a try. OK sounds good. Exercising is not a problem for me. I have plenty of free time throughout the day so getting a few work outs in shouldn't be a problem. Thanks for the help.

Running is definitely a priority for me right now. There is a school across the street from me that has a track so I will be running a mile everyday to start of and gradually increase.
