  • Progress is being made, but it is slow. A little over 7 pounds down, but seems stalled. I am being faithful to my log, staying within range and getting at least 30 - 45 minutes of exercise 5 days a week.
  • It will take us awhile to break old habits and form new healthier ones. We have to keep our eye on the goal and really think about what in our lives needs to change in order to get a different result than the one we currently have. We can change our future bodies...one day, one choice at a time.
