Haha hmmm I guess the top 3 things that work for me is that I save most of my calories for evening because I hate going to bed hungry, stick to my calorie goal as best I can, and...weigh everything

Literally just stuck to my calorie goal...I've had Mcdonald's all this week because I was super lazy and haven't gotten to the grocery store and I lost 3 lbs this week  But seriously, stick to calorie goal and if you want to exercise go ahead, I only go for walks with my dog haha.

I think I will do that! Maybe every 15 pounds or so.

The only thing I've done is stick within my calorie goal of 1660 MFP gave me (used to be 1700 but has gone down since losing a bit of weight) I also don't eat my first meal until 4 pm because I'm a night eater and would rather save my calories for the evenings  but that's not for everyone I definitely still enjoy…

New Brunswick here!

No success story yet, but a progress story  I started at a bit under 300 lbs at 285 in the first pic and so far I am down 26 lbs since November 19th 2017 in the second pic, every little bit helps!

I started IF just by accident because of my work schedule. I work 12-8:30 PM monday to friday, I get up around 9 am, don't eat until my lunch break around 4PM, maybe eat a snack on one of my breaks, get home before 9PM and eat supper by 9:30 PM. So I fast for 18 hours and eat for 6. This is nothing to do with thinking it…

24.4 lbs since Nov 19th 2017, another 110 or so to go
-
I would definitely eat it if it tasted the same and was similarly priced to traditional meat, yum cruelty free steak get in my belly (I eat meat for most of my meals arleady, but agree that this would be the best alternative going forward in the modern age)

Korean pork with garlic mashed potatoes and baby carrots cooked with salt, pepper and butter...about a 700 calorie dinner so not low cal like some people like, but I like big suppers

Weight can look differently on people and some people have different end goal weights but I am 5'5 1/2, 26 and my initial goal weight is 150 and then I will re-evaluate that goal. As it is, I'm just hoping to get under 200 by the end of this year and go from there

I once was so obsessed with my weight loss (back in 2012-13 when I lost 60 lbs) that it was all I could concentrate on and I skipped my exams at Uni because I couldn't even focus on school (failed all 5 classes that semester obviously)...thankfully I am over that obsession and have a healthier mindset today

Well I don't actually think the older generations music is awful, it's most of what I listen to. My dad raised me on his music, BUT most of that was never top 40 hits haha. however, to say that the music is somehow inherently better when a lot of it is just nostalgia clouding memories, does a disservice to creators today.…

I find it funny when people say the music of today is crap  Have you heard the old "American top 40s" shows they play on the radio now and again? All one hit wonders that nobody would ever listen to now, even by the generation that listened to it at the time, pure garbage. Yeah, I love older music, but a lot of it…

I would love to join if you are still doing this

I've only been at this since November 19th so it's been almost a full 2 months and so far I've lost a little over 20 lbs, granted I weigh more than you but I'm not being strict at all (I'll have to clean that up soon lol) But at that weight you should be able to lose 10-15 lbs if you stick to your calorie goal.

I started MFP again almost a month ago, and I am mostly doing IF because of my work schedule. I just sort of fell into it but it's really working for me. I never really ate breakfast before anyway but would start getting hungry around 11 am. Since I work 12-8:30 monday-friday, I don't have a lunch until about 4 PM and that…
