I just ate 5,000 calories over my goal on Sunday...lol it was delicious. but all you have to do is get right back to it the next day and not let it effect you mentally. I used to binge and then say "well, my week is f'd so I'm just going to eat bad the rest of the week". You just can't think that way. I also try and help…

Cashew pork stir fry on jasmine rice on Tuesday: and I splurged yesterday and had barbeque striploin and baked potato, with (a bit burnt oops) roasted green beans and carrots:

Maid for sure. I am too picky for a chef, they would hate me lol, and I would probably hate their food. I hate cleaning, but I like/don't mind driving myself, I like to be in control there.

I do IF just as a default because I don't feel the need to eat anything until about 2 in the afternoon and don't like to go to bed hungry. I also like to be able to eat big suppers, so I will usually have lunch at 2PM, supper around 7/8 PM and maybe a small snack by 10 PM. Think of it this way: If I eat all of my allotted…

7 months later and I've only lost about another 20 lbs but there have been vacations and christmas and weekend chip binges that I've powered through lol, now at 195 lbs and I seem to be completely back on track to finally losing the last 45 lbs  Here's a current pic in the same shirt as before, I cut out my face…

I have a sedentary desk job and almost get no exercise except for a random walk here or there, down almost 80 lbs since November 2017

I just think of plateaus as a trial for maintenance. At some point, you are going to be at your goal weight and will have to maintain and will have to keep that mindset of working towards remaining at the same weight instead of losing. I went through a two month plateau and just saw a loss of 3 lbs last week for the first…

So far, 75 pounds in about a year, but for a full two months I just maintained because I was not as diligent as I could have been, so I really should be at 85 pounds lost if I was more dedicated haha

I only have problems on the weekends. What can help is lowering my calorie goal during the week by 200 calories a day (weekdays are easier for me to eat at a lower goal) and then I'll have an extra 1,000 calories I can eat on the weekend (it all evens out). Hope that helps!

I don't work out at all except for the occasional walk with my dog still but thank you!

I never eat breakfast. I'm not hungry in the mornings and am an afternoon/night eater. So I would have my first meal of the day at least after 1 or 2 PM, sometimes as late as 4 (still do). If I get to eat a good amount in the evening I am satisfied haha. I started at over 1700 calories a day and this was probably when I…

I've lost 70 lbs since the end of November 2017 eating nowhere near clean. I once had a McDondald's ten piece chicken nugget meal and large fries for supper 3 times a week for 2 months and still lost on average 1.5-2 lbs each week :D (not sure I recommend doing that but it was a Mcdonald's kind of month..or two)
