Wow Denise! I can completely relate to you. Tried for years, to have a baby. After having a miscarriage and giving up, I finally got pregnant at 37. It's amazing how that all works. Very blessed with a beautiful 4 year old. I now have over 60lbs to lose as well. It's a challenge, in our forties, but we got this!

@eastin6 I am going back to school, to be an RN. Lots of friends in nursing. It is definately on if the busiest professions. Packing small snacks, to have throughout the day definately helps. Welcome to the group.

Hi @Grotti I can relate. Glad to have you in our group! It's so great that you have instilled a respect for health and fitness, in your kids. That is a huge reason I am doing this now, while my son is so young. I want him to grow up active and I want to be able to do activities with him. Thank you for sharing.

@buxbert I am the same way....hate counting anything. That's why I love MFP. So much easier to just input your food journal and let it tell you where you're at. I try to stay under 1300 calories a day. So far it's working. Good luck!!

@paxetamore Totally relate. Being a single mom makes it hard to focus sometimes. It's hard no matter what, but we are worth it!

@collteach328 Busy schedules and stress make it hard sometimes. MFP is great for motivation and support. Journal daily and stay focused. You got this!

@missroseseeshertoes I can totally relate to the job situation. Working in management, in an office is very stressful. We have to take time for ourselves. Even if it's just for 30 minutes or an hour, each day. We deserve it!
