  • Thanks guys! It really is just a physical issue. I just don't have much of an appetite and I don't find food appetizing. So it's just having to force myself to eat a lot more than I want to. Almonds sound like a good snack food I can carry around with me and eat throughout the day though. I'll try those!
  • I hear you. I lost too much weight last year, and I'm aiming to fit into my jeans again and not look like a middle schooler. Good luck to you!
  • This guys right. I didn't realize until I started logging my foods that just an average meal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner isn't enough to gain weight, or even meet the recommended calorie count. Logging it is definitely helpful!
