Day 7 & 8 squats and crunches done. Still struggling even though I am doing in stages. It doesn't seem to me getting any easier for me

Day 6 - squats and crunches done.

Day 4 squats and crunches done. Was a bit easier today although still had to do the crunches in stages. No pain no gain I keep telling myself. Will be an achievement for me when I can do them all in one go.

Day 3 squats and crunches done - I really struggled with the crunches. Had to do them in stages but got there in the end! Keep up the good work everyone.
