I eat 1200 calories a day plus always eat after my exercising, normally some sort of protein. I track exercise and natural calorie burn with my Fitbit, so am on the right track then?

I have recently tried vanilla Halo Top ice cream. Just a few spoonfuls with strawberries and raspberries. Sorted out my sugar craving :)

I don’t have cheat days, I’ve changed my whole way of eating. Whatever works for you.

Thanks everyone. I have lost just over a stone and a half with healthy eating and calorie counting. Perhaps I am just impatient :D Will just keep at it :)

I’ve read a few different things. Some say squats then others say avoid squats as this builds muscle and can make them bigger :s

I think it was shin splints. I’ve been at it just unde 8 weeks now and don’t get it anymore. Plus lost a stone! :D

I was (until recently) heavier than my partner and he’s a foot taller than me. So yes, I should definitely weigh much less than him.

No. Just gone from walking to jogging myself.

I’ve had the shoes for 2 months and they are running shoes. Not seen a doctor as it passes. Tried running slower/faster but get it all the same. I am overweight and new to running. Maybe my legs just aren’t used to it :/

Gym for me. Not only has it kept me motivated but it gets me out of the house. Lost 11lb in 28 days and feel much better :)

Thanks guys. I did only have 1 naughty day, I had chips and gravy from the local chippy :D Still lost 2lb this week and feeling better so backto the gym tomorrow. Am on 1,200 calories per day. Have lost 9lb so far in 3 weeks

I'm on 1200 a day. It was hard at first but now I'm used to it. I actually find it hard to get to 1200 some days.
