Nearly 2lb gain in less than 24 hours?
So I weighed yesterday afternoon, then this morning I was just over 1.5lb heavier. I’ve not eaten much as I am full up with cough and cold, could that be a factor?

Calorie deficit confusion
I’m not sure I’ve been doing this right. I used an app which based on my weight etc to lose weight I should be eating 1300 calories a day. I’ve been leaving at least 500 each day on this but not sure I’m eating enough. Should I be eating the full 1300?

Cardio or weights for weight loss
2 stone 4lbs lost so far. Another 1 and a half to go. Have hit a bit of a plateau so need to up my game. Noticed a bit of flabby skin on my upper thigh and bingo wings so wondering if I should be focusing my exercise more on weights or cardio?

Why does it hurt?

Thinking of treating myself to a Fitbit for Christmas but have a few questions. Can you use it for working out in the gym? Do you have to have your phone with you for it to sync or can you do that when you get home?

Sticking to diet when ill

Lost weigh, clothes feel the same
I've lost 6.6lb in just under 3 weeks. I'm happy with this but would have thought my clothes would feel a bit better on. When should i notice a difference there? I'm only 5ft2 so think the weight I have already lost would make a difference

Joined a gym
I decided to join my local gym. Plan to go three times a week and one fitness class. My friend has said the gym is pointless as you can do all the exercises at home. I feel that actually paying and going to the gym will make me work harder. What's your opinion on the gym being "pointless"
