I've decided to give food prep a go. I don't like spicy food or peppers. Looking for some ideas

2lb in 3 days
I've read that a good goal to loose and keep off the weight is 1-2 pound a week. I've lost 2lb in 3 days! Is that ok? I have dramatically changed my diet and gone from no exercise to exercise every day so hope it's just that.

I'm running out of ideas for lunch in work. Am sick of boring salads! Want something quick and easy but very low calorie and low fat. A friend eats chicken with raw broccoli and cauliflower? Is this ok?
