Just downloaded the NHS app, got my running shoes ready and looking forward to starting on Monday :)

    Just done my first day. It was hard! Made the mistake of taking a route with hills :s
    I couldn't do the last run but brisk walked the remainder. Glad it's done :)

    Oh my gosh, it was SO hard. But I pushed through it and did it all! :) I did it on a treadmill so it was easier than it probably was for you! But it's just too snowy and icy out to run outside.

    Slow down if you need to! You should be able to talk or sing when you are running. You can do this!!

    I definately could not talk whilst running.
    I also think I need to invest in some decent running shoes. My ankles were sore today
