Took them years ago. Lost about 92lbs and I have gained about 15 of it back. Do NOT follow the 50 carbs a day or you will gain it back plus some! Make sure you eat lots of fiber or you will be so constipated that death is a happy place Feel free to add me

True, plenty don't gain the weight back but how many of those people are sticking to 20 carbs a day?? Everyone I know who has done that low, as soon as they started increasing their carbs boom they start gaining weight.

I have T2 diabetes... It can be reversed but your still always at risk. My cousin lost 160lbs(he was 450) and he is off all his meds and is considered "self controlled" but he still has to maintain his eating and exercise to stay off his meds. I am trying to do the same thing.... It's hard!

I have diabetes and my carbs are a lot more than yours... I am on a 232 day carb diet, set out by my nutritionists. Not saying you will, but most people who have that low of a carb allowance, usually gain the weight back. Are you taking Phentermine?

I use MMW and I've noticed that I have to keep my data on, otherwise he loses signal. I don't use the calories from the app because it doesn't take into account any hills or different challenges, only the mapped area. I use my HRM for calories

No its not shifting. You know the shorts bras that have the ) ( in the back. I hate ) ( at my neck it bothers me

I wear a 44DDD I currently have a sports bra but its getting too uncomfortable. I was looking at the clasp back yesterday. One thing I ABSOLUTELY HATE is when the back rides up to my neck. OK, I'll check out a few websites and stores. Thanks for the information ladies!

I was diagnosed in 2013 at 25 years old :( I have a lot of hate and fear. I am just NOW getting over the denial stage and starting to take it seriously. With diet, exercise, and meds my blood sugar has gone from 580 to 158(next A1C is due in Feb.) In roughtly 2.5 weeks. Send me a request! We can do this ;)

I am a stay at home mom while I try to get my health uncontrol. I go to the gym roughly 3-5 days a week and my overall goal is to lose 130 lbs. My set calories by MFP is 1800 on an average gym day I burn between 400-600 calories, lately it's been 500-550 I try not to eat them back, because I do have to watch my carb intake…
-
Thank you! It has been hard but I also know, I don't want someone else raising my kids, so I try my best to control it. My goal is to lose enough to keep it until control by food and exercise and to get off all my meds
-
Oh and another question. Do you eat back your exercise calories? If so, why?(needing serious answers not "because I want too")
-
Enjoying an unhealthy meal. I am on a strict carb diet, I have diabetes and other health issues. I have followed my diet very well. My blood sugar has gone from 580 to 158 in just a few weeks(huge accomplishment for me). Sometimes I want a cookie, or something like that, but I'm still new to this I am trying to find a way…
