I picture someone saying this while rocking back and forth on the floor of a closet. I know this kind of mind blowing information completely throws me and makes me question everything about the world so I will continue on and pretend that nuts are the same calories I think they are.

I'm looking for more friends that interact on here, that eat more than 1200 calories a day and that will encourage me to eat back my exercise calories. As I'm on here in order to try and regulate my eating more

Just a question, is there a specific reason you're only eating 1200 calories? Cause you're tall, male, and active so you can eat more. Do you have food anxiety at all? I do yoga (it's awesome.) But I also see a therapist, psychiatrist, and doctor in order to help me maintain my mental clarity and deal with my mental illness. Sometimes you just need help. But it's worth it once you find a combination that helps you feel better.

I can think of some times I could've done that unintentionally esp if I was super stressed or something. (Not saying that we can't have different views on this obviously. Sometimes I prelog what I think I'll want to eat the next day. But then I usually erase it all the next day because my taste magically changes over night *shrugs*

I find this thread super interesting. However if I ever start thinking about fruits as junk food *shudder* can't handle that. Anyways I don't really eat "junk food" like cookies, donuts, pizza, ice cream but I do drink a lot of sugary drinks from starbucks (like three a week in general) and I count those as junk drinks.
