It seems a lot of us have been struggling recently! I’ve not been exercising, I did reduce my calorie intake but haven’t lost weight for two weeks now. I am in a defecit, just a smaller one. Hopefully the scale will go down this week! Start: Feb-29 73.1kg Apr-25 68.2kg May-2 67.2 May-9 67.2 And still 67.2 today!!

You can eat some vegetables, but they need to be low carb. Spinach, courgette and kale are your friends. Eating some fibre and drinking lots of water should help. There are so many good keto recipes.
