People suggest taking a re-feed day every 7 days or so? Do I need that? because I'd be on it for only 21 days. I have my carbs at 58 grams a day now. I re-adjusted my diary.

I'm putting salt/pepper on everything. I am also taking Multivitamin called Centrum. I can actively start tracking water intake and keep adding more and more water. Also adding lemon juice (tsp or tbsp) worth in the food. It says it takes 3 weeks for keto to begin lol - by then it'll be all finished.

I read further into the book and it's extremely hard for me to maintain or even do that "diet". Meat eaters can do this diet with no problems. I just read a book by Lyle McDonald "Rapid Fat loss" he talks about increasing protein to 1.25 g/lbm for 16-24% BF people -carbs less than 50 grams but then goes to say eat unlimited vegetables. This threw me off and I put the book aside lol - I mean unlimited vegetables would have calories and would defeat the purpose.
