So it seems that 12lbs could just be water retention and creatine. Since my waist size is identical. It's just a mental thing I guess seeing the number jump so drastically lol. On the box it says 10g, I've always taken 5g in the past but the box said twice a day lol so I thought maybe I've been taking less and doubled it. Sorry, Yes they are in grams and Net carbs are 18 grams. That 34 grams number is with fibers included. I am trying Lyle Mcdonald Rapid fat loss diet. He suggests keep Protein to LBM level and other things -too much detail to post here.

Thanks guys!! Splenda is super. I knew about this because I've bought it for others when bringing them coffee but I forgot about it. You all are awesome! One was enough and it was 1 carb and 4 calories lol I should probably get that or Stevia for home as well.

Are you guys suggesting this is a good way to go? Since I'm learning -i am not sure I am understanding the concept. You are saying calories can be kept ultra low and protein high and fat moderate and rest would come from body fat as energy ?

Lol that's the usual reason. If you go to bed full, it'll turn to fat and you'd get over weight. That was one of the reason used in the argument as well. I also thought like that until I learned about CICO since then anything that says CICO is garbage I usually get more attentive wondering maybe they are onto something…

Thanks a lot for this. You are right but my younger siblings when they ask I like to share with them what I know so knowing in basic layman terms makes it easier for me to explain it to them. Since most of the times their parents don't know the truth either and have been believing what they've seen on TV commercials.
