I love seeing my graphs downward trend. Important not to get discouraged by a small rise. I often find after a small rise will follow a bigger fall

I've had a couple of large meals this weekend due to seeing my gran, some friends and a wedding. I had a healthy tea of chicken, new potatoes and salad and I'm already thinking about food. Trying to stay vigilant but it's hard

I'm the same, except at the moment I'm generally losing weight. The last week has been hard with various friends wanting to go out for food and cinema etc and a wedding yesterday. It's about being focused and vigilant and it will happen

My wife and I are having a competition (us both being competitive) with weekly prizes that we both give each other should we hit our targets. She doesn't understand that I'm allowed to eat more (and successfully so). I put it down to me averaging 11,000 steps a day, mostly through dog walking

I smashed a nados on Saturday night. Made it close to a 3000 calorie day. Made up for it today by having closer to 1300 and a five mile dog walk.

Around 60lbs to lose!

I'm very stocky (currently 15 st 11lbs) and want to get smaller. If I train weights normally this just added mass so I'm resistant to doing that. Going to pick up some running and swimming

I am yes. Thus the weight loss since I have been doing it all

I do mate yes. Part of my problems over the last year or seven is that I've done the exercise and lost absolutely nothing with no change in body either. I will endeavour to get three forms of exercise in this week.
