I would love to be under 200 by my birthday. I need to lose 15lbs by April 2. I’m not sure if it’s totally attainable, but i think i can definitely get it done by my husband’s birthday which is 11 days after mine.

I did NOT want to go to the gym after church last night. It was cold, i had eaten under my calories, and i was tired. I told my husband that i was just going to come home. He said i would have to do an at home workout (because i told him he had to push me to get fit) if i didn’t go to the gym. I hate working out at home.…

This is my first time posting here. I’ve spent the last month and a half skipping through and reading. My NSV is creating a good routine for myself. I workout 5 days a week, and stay under calorie goal most days.

I’m 5’2”, and weighed in at 223 this morning. My goal is 130.

I'd love to do this. I'm currently set at 1.5lbs a week. I'm at 219lbs today. I want to be under 200 by January 1.

I have the 21 day fix workout DVDs. I don't follow the 21df meal plan or anything. Just the workouts. I like them.

When I use the workout app it syncs with MFP, and puts those specific calories burned in as a workout. I also find that it is way more accurate than MFP. I hope you like the workout app.

That looks like your daily active calories burned just being you. Make sure you are using the workout app when you are actually working out. It's the little green app with the shadow of someone running.
