What helps for me is trying to drink a 32oz water bottle before lunch time and always make it a habit to drink at least a glass or two of water 20 minutes before/during meals to prevent over eating. Also start paying closer attention to calories and what you consume. Little by little you will start to notice the difference.

I recommend more cardio to your workouts and trust me you'll see results faster than expected.
