Height: 5'0 Weight: 148.8 BMI: 29 Shirt size: M-L Jeans: 31 i quitted smoking 3 years ago and i work on movie sets there is always food etc so i took 35 lbs :'( i lost 15 so far 23 to go to gain my normal weight back my metabolism slowed down as well in my 30's i guess i want to build back muscles as well
