Great. Now I want some. :D

Yeah, I have the same issue as the OP. Tuna/chicken fills me up so much that I could eat a can of it at lunch and be okay until bed time, even if I do circuit training. According to my original calculations, I'm allowed 1380 calories, but when I eat chicken/tuna with a salad on the same day, I'd be so full at around…

Sweeet. As nice as it is to just be healthy, that feeling when someone asks if you lost weight is always happy-making.

Personally, I think that the easiest, most sustainable way of going about it is eating the same things, just LESS. Demonizing food and depriving yourself of things you want from the get-go makes it so much easier to fail for most people. Incremental, not drastic changes.

Same thing until I'm miserable lol. Crockpot meals will a bajillion servings do this to me.

Patience is a virtue - obvious results wont happen overnight.

I don't trust the calorie burn the website gives me (it seems so high), so I prefer not to eat back.

Coffee plus 2-3 *TBSPS* of chocolate caramel international delight, two cups a day. ... had to give it up. I think I was more addicted to the coffee creamer than the actual coffee. :D

What kind of exercise do you do?
-
Start by just eating less of what you currently are. Don't make drastic life changes yet.
-
If you're still within your calorie limit, it's not really a catastrophe.
-
Do people actually get full from cereal? It's never done it for me.
-
Put 'em all in a blender and chug it down.

Kale/spinach/chard mix 1 cup of frozen mixed fruit (pineapple/strawberry/peach/mango) scoop of banana cream protein water

Yeah. For me, if it's really endangering my loved one's health, I feel the need to speak up. How is that selfish/jerkish behavior?

I go do high intensity cardio, whatever's convenient - running outside, my insanity videos, going to the gym. It kills my desire to binge because I'm too busy trying not to die afterwards :D to remember that I wanted to eat. Two birds with one stone - burn calories and not binge!

Skip french fries. Skip condiments like mayo and ranch. Pick salads that have vinaigrette-like dressings, skip croutons, bacon, cheese add ons. Pick grilled chicken. ...unless you can somehow fit them into your daily calorie goals.

Be careful to double check though. Entering a bunch of recipes last week, some things were just plain wrong. Like below. I have no idea what kind of garlic this is, or what kind of chili powder, but damn.

Don't get too frustrated with yourself if you can't finish all the exercises. It's a pretty intense program. Rest when you need it.

Smoothie version. I'm drinking my kale now. About to attempt something with carrots, and then spinach soom.
-
Generally, if protein is the lowest amount in a bar, it's hard to call it a 'protein bar'.
-
Find a decent smoothie recipe and chug it.

https://juicerecipes.com/ you can search by ingredients/sort by health ailment you want to cure etc. I'm about to look through this myself.

The main issue with artificial sweeteners (for me) is the laxative effect. I'd LOVE to blame my flabbiness on the Coke Zero I drink, but I have a feeling it's because of all the pizza, fried chicken, cream puffs and lack of exercise. :D

If my understanding of "clean" is correct, just go for baked/grilled stuff that doesn't have a creamy sauce. Skip anything fried/greasy/cheesy or has sour cream.

Problem with me is that there's no heart rate increasing activity I enjoy. So I don't know how I'm going to stay on this regimen, of HIIT/strength I'm on. I treat and dread it like punishment, very important and necessary punishment. :s
