Readjust your calorie deficit? As your body fat/weight goes down, so does your caloric needs. Recalculate your TDEE and go from there.

Changing your diet too drastically/depriving yourself of things you enjoy leads to binges for some people, when they've reached their limits. Moderation is key.

Wow.

I was told everyday that I was fat/overweight. I felt ashamed, so I decided to do something about it. The more I lost, the less mean comments I got. The lack/lessening of mean comments sustained my journey to weight loss, and I'm sure, once I reach my goal weight, when no negative comments are aimed my way, will help me…

I actually like the taste of the crust plain. But I can't seem to completely dry out the cauliflower which is irritating.

This. After you eat your prelogged meal, get out of the house, or be away from food. Go to the park, or some hiking trail, anywhere where there's no food around within reach. If your self-control is weak, don't be where temptation is.

I do cardio. I hate exercising so much, that I knock some sense into myself by saying, "if you go on a binge because you're stressed/upset, you're going to have to do a LOT more of this to not gain fat". :D

Shirataki maybe?
-
Use them in juices or smoothies.

Try working out in the evening then. I personally can't workout in the morning. I have zero energy when I've just woken up. You might be like me.

I overestimate calories on those things, because a barista who's heavy handed with syrup and/or whipped cream can easily change values.

Yep. Flirting and dates are okay, but when it's nearing time to seal the deal? PANIC MODE! ABORT! ABORT! I can never trust anyone when they say "I don't care what you look like", years of comparing myself against widely accepted standards of attractiveness has taken its toll.

Water weight is down because you're dehydrated.

I am. But I see the positive side of it. For most of my life I've been the "live to eat" type - marking hours in the day by how many hours to the next meal and what I would like to eat. Being bored with what I'm eating helps me to stop making food and eating the focus of my days. It also stops me from going over my calorie…

I think typical areas are - neck, the upper arm, chest, waist, hips, thigh and calf. At least that's what trainers I've seen do.

It's a billion times better than being depressed about it IMO, so just keep riding that feeling! :D I'm in the same situation though, just knowing I'm doing something positive for myself and my health keeps me motivated (although memories of sitting on the couch attacking a large pizza surface occasionally). And you know…

SO true. My weight's the same, my thighs (GRRRRR) are the same, but I've lost an inch around the waist, and the area above my knee. Keep at it.
-
Add me. I do the same.

slice of whole wheat toast, 1 tbsp of peanut butter and coffee/mountain dew/high caffeine drink

Put enough rub/spices/marinade/lemon to mask the smell? Personally, I gag at the sight/idea of canned/pouched tuna, so I mix it with Laughing Cow Spicy Cheddar Jack and I can almost pretend it's chicken and be okay with eating it. Maybe you'll find a way of tricking your tastebuds and nose too.

Lol, I actually WANT one of these after reading these. :D

Chicken Kitchen on University, Pho Cali downtown, steamed dim sum from Yummy House

3 The idea of having to eat 9 cups of broccoli or whatever vegetable or fruit per day to hit my fibre requirement is nasty.

I heard the "eat less than you burn diet" is better than the grapefruit diet. :p

Google'd it . http://www.theisopurecompany.com/we_are.html "That’s what we’re made of. It’s also what we stand for — protein that’s lactose-free, with little or no fat and carbs, and no impurities." Try it out. But yeah, I'd cut it out completely if I were you (shakes don't fill me up so I don't bother). Convenience? I…

Yep. Makes grocery shopping easier too.

How many hours of sleep do you get?

I've been doing it over a couple months now, lost a decent chunk of fat, but I still hate it. I hate the sweat, the breathlessness, and the feeling that my body is stressed. I treat it like something that needs to be done, like going to work and paying the bills :D . I just have to do it.
