I typically have two eggs and half an avocado for breakfast. The avocado is very filling if you're trying to last until lunch. Alternate is a slice of wheat toast with peanut butter and a greek yogurt.

Strawberries or banana slices dipped in chocolate. You can do a bunch of the banana slices at once and freeze them for a quick sweet treat all week. Or plain m&m's 10-20.

Like others I weigh every morning but only post once a week. After reading above comments I might try the "zigzag" daily approach.

My breakfast options: 2 eggs and half an avocado 2 egg whites and half an avocado 1 slice whole wheat break with peanut butter and a greek yogurt or berries 1 egg over low fat refried or black beans with salsa on top and a dash of cheese Cottage cheese with fruit

MFP set me at 1400 and I've lost 18 lbs in a month by religiously (and honestly) logging my food and reducing my carb intake. And, like others, I don't fret on a daily basis if I'm under/over that sometimes. If I'm within a couple hundred of my goal it's fine. Good luck!
