Very late to the game here but looking to lose 20-30 pounds and in serious need of some accountability partners.

I set a timer to remind me to get up and take a lap around my floor (if possible) just to keep for getting too stiff. Still trying to figure out the best way to routinely fit an actual workout into a 9-10 hour workday though
