Today was just oatmeal, but yesterday, I fried up 2 slices of prosciutto, fried an egg in the oil left by the prosciutto (no extra oil needed), and ate that on a slice of toast. Was delicious! I love bacon and eggs, but find a little too many calories in bacon. The prosciutto hits the spot.

I'm not sure I can give good advice because I fell off the wagon 2 years ago and gained back 20 of 30lbs that I lost. All I can say is, I wish that I'd stayed on track. I have one friend, who when she knows I'm watching my food intake, will question me when I choose to make a 'not so good' choice (ie. should you be having that?). I know it comes from a good place, but it's annoying. I'm in control, I decide when I go off-plan a bit or not.
