You can give me some - my boobies shrink away when I lose weight. :frowning:

I've been thinking of using chicken breast (pounded flat) as pizza crust...since I can't have dough anymore...
-
Not true.

Eating clean doesn't necessarily help IBS. Many vegetables/fruits/wholegrains can also trigger symptoms. You need to follow a low FODMAP diet, plus avoid additional trigger foods. You should work on an eating plan with a dietician.

I'm 5'2 and I eat about 1650. Lightly active.
-
Who would intentionally want to avoid sweets?!?! (Yeah I know, but that thought still comes to my mind everytime I read it here...)
-
Yes it's because of the IBS. :)
-
Just eat 50-75% back, mfp tends to overestimate. You should base this decision on your weight loss though. If you eat some back and you stop losing, then stop eating them back.

These days it's going to be sorbet, fruit and jam. I'm not allowed to eat sweets anymore. :( at least not the ones I enjoy.
-
I always eat them when they are just ripe enough to peel. So half Green and not fully sweet yet. Bananas make me nauseous if they are ripe. I'm only allowed to eat half a day though. So yeah.
-
I train fasted. Hahaha before eating anything.
-
Work some into your diet, so it's not so restrictive. Also, at night is usually when I get into drawing or video games. So find a hobby that keeps your mind focused and away from food.

I try to stay focused on things other than food through the day. I plan ahead what I'm going to eat and only eat those things at those times. It's good to ensure you are eating enough calories and getting proper nutrition (hit all your macros), and perhaps work in some treats if that works for you, so it's not so…

Yeah I never did experiment much either. I just kind of said "bagh this diet is too boring, I'm gonna eat all the thingzzz!" **drinks a handful of pills after each meal** Stupid IBS. I guess I'm going to have to go with a meat "crustless pizza" . I can't do cauliflower crusts either. Cauliflower is high fodmap and triggers…

Yeah, that's why I tend to stick to the same street hahaha.
-
Agreed. Unless you will give it up for the rest of your life, don't give it up.
-
You need to do this for yourself. You deserve it. I agree to talk to a professional if you feel like you need help. There is absolutely no shame in it.

Thing is I really don't want to fuss too much about with my diet. And you'd be surprised to know that Amazon delivering to my country is not quite as easy as you think. So yeah. Oats, potatoes and rice (yuck). Not to mention I'd probably pay even more for those things through Amazon than I do through my grocer. When I did…

Distractions can only push you back if you let them. You need to make an effort to do this for yourself, you need to WORK for it. If you don't want to put in extra time and work to do it, then you don't want it bad enough.

You can either quit and never be happy with yourself or you can keep going and be happy with yourself. Either way, it's a choice you make. I maintained for two years because everyone told me: "Don't lose more weight, you'll be too skinny..." I'm not near skinny, I doubted my decision to stop for the last two years and I…

Instead of giving up when you don't see results, keep going until you do see results.
-
That's because you are in a caloric deficit, not because you are staying away from "processed foods".
-
Weight loss is about calories in calories out. It has nothing to do with dairy. Improve on your logging accuracy and make sure you weigh everything. If you still don't lose after 3 weeks or so, lower your calories slightly.
-
Urgh forget it. I'll just eat a potato. Hahaha
-
I lost 0.02lb this week... (water weight might be masking some) - I'm so friggen excited that I didn't see 62kg on the scale again! small victories.
-
Society also said the world will end in 2012... Lol
-
That should become a new MFP quote haha

I felt like I wanted to binge earlier even though I wasn't hungry. So I picked up my laptop and my drawing tablet and I drew a cat. And now I'm also sporting a new profile pic, not to mention my urge to overeat is gone. :) Distract yourself with something that keeps you focused.
-
Don't get discouraged so quickly. You need patience for this. It's easy to quit, but then you will never reach your goal. Rather keep going even if you don't see results (then reevaluate after a few weeks), then your goal might just be delayed a little, but you will still reach it. :) I quit losing weight because others…

I have cut out sweets...well I'm trying to. Not for weight loss reasons though. I'm an emotional eater and they are what I go for when I'm sad, the problem is the palm oil and some other ingredients in them trigger my digestive issues, and I'm eating them in large amounts when I'm sad! Then I feel really ill afterwards. So…
