Hahaha that would've been great if I hadn't already done my workout. I don't want to work out anymore otherwise my legs aching would keep me up again all night. It's alright now though, the urge has passed. :) I'm really happy I didn't undo all my hard work of the week by going out buying a bunch of sweets

Yes I do. :) I eat up to 1500-1600.
-
Lol I was trying to work off an overeating session. Also, I'm trying to improve endurance so I did twice what I would normally do. Today I walked less because I knew I was doing strength. Much better. So its either loads of walking without strength, or strength with less walking. ;) just had to figure out what works.

1000 calories is really low even for someone that doesn't exercise. The minimum is 1200 for a sedentary woman. Whom is short or/and elderly.
-
I cursed myself on Wednesday night. The morning I walked for 2 and a half hours straight, and then after I did an hour of strength exercise. My legs were aching with fatigue all night. I didn't sleep at all. Lol, learned my lesson. :/

Just stay consistant and don't set a time limit on your weight loss. You could not be tracking accurately or you could even be retaining water if you're new to working out so much. Be patient. If there's no change after 3 weeks, reevaluate your calories and lower them a bit. Don't think, just do.

This as well. Or talk to her about how you feel.
-
I know how you feel, I'm also an emotional eater, especially if I can't find someone to talk to about my problems immediately. Maybe that's something you can try doing? Talk to someone instead of eating your feelings. Recently things haven't been great for me and I didn't have someone to talk to, I resorted to posting on…

Hi there. :) A slower loss is much more sustainable in the long run. It also helps you to not binge so much because you get to eat more and you feel satisfied. It will take longer, but you will get there eventually. Any progress is still progress.

I love my microwave. I don't just use it to warm things up, I also use it to cook my dinners. I love making single serve things. Or those mug-recipes. :)
-
I try not to think about it. Don't think, just do. That tends to help me. :)

I think you should talk it out with him and tell him that his comments hurt you. Tell him your doing this for yourself because you feel horrible in your own body and you will still love him. Everyone that knows me in my town is discouraging me from losing weight because I'm already "too thin" in their eyes (I'm just above…

I've never had much of an appetite. I gained weight because I ate too much fat, drank soda/juicw instead of water (yes 8 glasses a day) and I ate candy as snacks. Hahaha other than that my diet was quite healthy. Oh I also didn't exercise. Ever.

One of my friends is convinced she has to eat 600-700 calories a day to lose weight. Now THAT'S starvation.
-
Hahahaha not to me. I have a child sized stomach

Well my bmr is only 1330. So that's only 130 more than 1200. If I'm in a coma. Anycase, I manage to lose on 1650 calories (which MFP recommended btw). I eat all of them if I'm hungry for them, and if I'm not, I just stick with 1200 or wherever I end up in between. I've stuck to 1200 for a month before (not intentionally)…

Hi lottie :) good luck on your fitness journey and everything else going on. Don't lose sight of your goals, you're worth it!

I had some cravings tonight, but I started drawing so I kind of forgot about them. Drawing is a great distraction (not to mention I get to change my profile pic really often Lol) , I just don't always feel like doing it...otherwise I would probably never struggle with cravings! Other than that today went well. My legs are…

Hahaha I won't tell. I'm really good at keeping secrets...mainly because I have a horrible memory, Lol...

You are retaining water. Also, ANY progress is still progress :)

Sigh...

Walking is my relaxation. And yes I have been a bit stressed. But yeah I think mostly its because I'm eating things I'm really not supposed to. I'm lucky that I don't get gas and cramps from a lot of things, most things just slow things down. But like I said I'd rather take the medicine than eat such a small variety of…

Yeah that's horrible. I can have stevia but I don't like the aftertaste so. I'd rather not have it.
-
Oh I can also tolerate cucumber and tomatoes, but I'm not such a huge fan of cucumber. I do add tomato a lot to my food though.
-
Hard cheeses are alright for me. I mostly use cheddar anyway. Yoghurt doesn't cause cramps it just makes me constipated. Might be because I eat small amounts. The grains I can tolerate well is rolled oats, rice and potatoes. I don't know about quinoa because it's not available here so I've never tried it. I can tolerate…

It's hard for me to do low FODMAP because the area where I live don't have a lot of options for gluten free food or lactose free things. I really love yoghurt yet I can't find a lactose free one here. Luckily they have lactose free milk! I also really enjoy bread and pasta, I can't find gluten free options here either, yet…

Just measure yourself instead then. :) or go by how your clothes feel. If your clothes are getting looser, you know your doing it right.
-
Taking measurements can also be of help.
-
Good luck with that! Don't be mad at yourself if it doesn't come off at a fast enough rate for you. Any kind of progress is still progress to be proud of. :) I just don't want to see you quitting when things don't seem to go the way you planned that's all

It was D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!
