  • I am having the same problem. Been working out 40-45 min 3-4 times a week. Have my calories set at losing 1.5lb/week and have been rigorously tracking calories (erring the side of more calories than less when I track homemade food)....Started 2 weeks ago and have not lost an lb yet. Now..I am bigger than the average person…
