My lunch today: leftover baked cod (from last night), leftover roasted carrots (also last night) and fresh grilled string beans: total calories: 217 Just showing you can eat a BIG healthy meal without a 'big' amount of calories!

I thought I'd share a couple 'sample' meals I normally eat: Breakfast today: Southwest Egg Beaters omelet with baby spinach, a sliced grilled cinnamon-maple pear, and 2 slices of 647 bread toasted with sugar free seedless blackberry jam- and COFFEE! Total calories: 200 for all of this! ☺️

You can quickly grill chicken or fish, or bake it and use leftovers for other quick 'warm up' meals. I also either steam, grill or bake veggies galore to make quick 'warm up' sides for lunch, dinner and even to throw in breakfast omelets!
