I actually started with JM 30 day beginner shred. I have bad knees, and only one or two of the exercises bother my one knee. In those instances, I just switch the exercise so it doesn't hurt my knee. I'm enjoying it so far, on day 13, the second routine.

I'm doing her 30 day beginner shred, just to work up to some other exercise videos/routines. Being that it's only 20 minutes, I find that it really does keep me motivated. I'm only on day 13, but already see an improvement in what was really difficult the first day I started. For me, it's easier to stay motivated with…

I feel the same way sometimes. I asked my S/O the other day, "Can you tell I've lost weight." His answer was yes. When I asked how he said, "You don't grunt when you put your jeans on anymore." So...sometimes they notice but just don't know how to express it.

I'm 5'5", 214 and wear a 14 jean, and a 2x shirt. At 175 I was wearing size 8-10 jean and an XL shirt. So it really does depend on how your weight is distributed.

I buy the Weight Watchers ice cream. They have so many different kinds it's awesome. Not sure if they're better for your needs than Skinny Cow.

This is exactly what I do. I typically log my dinner ahead of time anyway. Last week, I was really wanting a famous bowl from KFC. Logged it and said, "Nope. Totally not worth going over." So I deleted it and ate a much healthier meal.

You can do it! I've got a daily calorie goal of 1220 and it gets easier and easier every day. You just have to commit to the journey!

It's never too late to start...again. You've got a lot going for you, so don't give up. If you aren't ready to start exercising yet, then don't. Or add it back little by little. Find an exercise that you enjoy doing, that'll make it easier. Set some goals for yourself, even if they seem small. They'll be something to work…

That sounds like a really good idea. Thank you!
