If you have ever watched a bodybuilding documentary they load up on honeybuns and horrible sugar and carb loaded crap before going on stage. It makes them look bigger and increases vascularity but for a short term. It will go away on its own Hulkster :smile:

Hey I'll help any way I can. There are always peaks and valleys right? Try lean proteins like chicken breast, Turkey and fish. I backed off how many hamburgers I eat for lean turkey meatballs.

I ate too good this weekend. Went out to dinner (got grilled fish and veggies) smoked a brisket, made keto cheesecake and didn't count calories Saturday or Sunday. Granted, I stayed true to all things keto, I am sure I was under 25 carbs both days. I just had more calories. Today, the test strips are still showing a trace…

Riding steady, scale hasn't moved since Monday, but I feel good! My son is wrestling in middle school and wants to get stronger so I have begun to take him walking with 5lb dumbbells. We walk and do a workout (FLO - flys, lats, and overheads) Kids keep you young in more ways than one!
