i have this exact same problem. I'm 5ft 8 and 160lbs but i carry it well.... i know that at 145 i am at my fittest and healthiest and i always get ribbed that where, am i going to lose it from - my hair?

amazing! I'm really interested in the whole strength rather than cardio training. currently 160 lbs would like 145lbs.
