Potassium usually counteracts sodium. If you weigh yourself tomorrow after having a lot of sodium, it's possible you could see a gain. I ate a lot of sodium once and gained three pounds in a day--but it all fell back off within a few days. You should be ok :)

I like all genres of music. When I'm doing cardio, I will listen to Top 40 or Country or Classic Rock. When I'm lifting weights, it's always hard rock, metal or something heavy. Feel free to add me. I am an emotional eater. I had a rough start to my week this week (all is better now) and I was all ready to emotionally eat but I was able to stop myself.

Watch your red meat intake and do not take aspirin. Take Aleve or Ibuprofen something that relieves inflammation. Try some cherry juice too, that worked for me. I would see if your doctor can prescribe you Colchicine (sp?) That worked for me when I had flare ups. Haven't had any in a few years. Good luck!!
