Hello! I have come off the Daniel Fast with a new appreciation of being meat, dairy and sugar free (and yeast free). It was wuite an eye-opener. I haven't really eaten much meat since and would like to explore the vegan lifestyle. I do have some recipes, but I would like to kmow gow to partivipate in the group.

I could always use a friend that's on the journey with me. I'm really good about tracking, but you'll notice, healthy food is really delicious so portion control is a real thing for me. I'm doing YMCA 8-week bootcamp, so the effort is there (again, food portion control, plate size doesn't matter, smaller blah blah blah…
