Kudos to you for putting your health in priority. I know that it's not an easy decision to make, nor is it an easy journey. I definitely agree with all of the advice about gradually decreasing your caloric intake. If you want to add me for additional motivation and support, feel free! :)

I've been struggling with binge eating for the last year or so. I'm praying that it was stress-induced due to college and that I can learn some better coping skills now that I'm finished with school and have more time to devote to being healthier. Glad to know that this group exists!

I just started C25K for the third time today. It wasn't nearly as difficult as I thought it was going to be considering that I've gained about 15 pounds since I stopped running (yikes). Glad to have found this group! I need all of the encouragement I can get!
