@Packerjohn, thanks for the advise and video on making a homemade ball. Buying these brand new is very expensive. I think I will start by making my own and see if the workout is something I want to keep in my normal routine.

I think it is different for everyone. I had strong cravings for 3 years after quitting cold turkey. It has been 6 years for me now. I cannot stand the smell or thought of a cigarette anymore.

Agree. Use a heart rate monitor to record your calories burned.

I add the Beachbody exercise as a custom exercise under "My Exercises". I wear a heart rate monitor and record how many calories I burned during that session. The heart rate monitor is customized to my gender, height, and weight. This is the most accurate way to record your Beachbody or similar program.

I am in my last week of alpha and have lost 16.8 lbs. I cannot wait to start beta. I plan on starting Insanity after the T25 ten week program.
