I was also looking at groups to get some support from. I saw this group and thought I can relate. I'm 65, I have had one knee replacement and need the other knee done. Walking is painful sometimes so I don't get a lot of exercise. Thankful for My Fitness Pal to help me with counting calories and nutrition.

What are the good fats? I use olive oil and butter.

I have just started eating Keto so these were a lot of helpful suggestions. I was not adding the olive oil that I was cooking with. I was also using a measuring cup to measure out food. Thank you for all of your suggestions.
