Bonobo - Boiler Room: Enjoy it. It builds up slowly. You'll never be the same. https://youtu.be/Ca93bp-jpn8

I was scrolling, scrolling, scrolling, waiting to see if this would be addressed. You definitely won't gain weight from diet sodas. They have zero calories. But those chemicals though? And don't get me wrong I don't know what side of the debate I'm on. I love an ice-cold Coke Zero. It can make all the difference in the…

Don't put any extra rules on yourself. Start off with saying I'm just gonna go to the gym. Even if you just go, walk slowly on the treadmill and do some stretching. Once your there things will start happening. And like Myshell said: having a partner is great.

Just keep Carbs under 30 grams. 20 if you want to be sure.

"Eat when your hungry. Stop when you're full." - Say what now?

1/2 Ethiopian, 1/2 Italian. Grew up in the US, now living in Switzerland.

My goodness! We have opposite problems.

Too cute!

It's those beautifully dark mysterious eyes. They're deep and they say so much. Most people can't handle that. ;)

I need to come up with a hack where I can squeeze myself into a new position!

So you've just proved to everybody in the forum that you're a human being. Everybody in here has F'ed up. The most important thing is to get right back on it. Literally pretend it didn't even happen. Otherwise you get sucked into a very deep and very dark hole. Maybe you have the personality and eating type that prefers a…

That's not a bad thing: it's the best way to be accountable. I log mine in the morning for the day and do my best to follow it. Logging backwards doesn't work for me.

Just click on their username and then click on their username again - you should see the green "Add As Friend" box.

Okay. Be careful what you ask for: I'll be stalking your food diary - asking you "what's up?" :) Seriously though, you should definitely be at, and settled into, your goal by summer.

KFC and on a diet - my goodness! Seriously though once you're committed and past the one-week mark you're good. Follow those queues that you mentioned. I would eat a meal at 10:30. Then eat your largest meal right before you go to work (3:30?). I find it easier to eat two satisfying meals vs three or four teasers. It's…

Depends what program your on. In my opinion calories trump everything. If you're on Keto then carbs are most important with calories being a very close second. I'm on Keto and I prefer to go slightly above calories than carbs. If you're restricting from being active I recommend Keto. Long story short - stay under your…

Believe me: once you get used to you'll love it.

Let's connect and support each other - it's easier together. :)

Add me to the list. I'm doing okay on my own but I'll do much better with all these Keto friends.

Okay, now this is one contest I know for sure I would win. :) Nom nom nom....
-
It is great and Ioved BPCoffee, but wouldn't you prefer to eat those calories? Nom nom nom....
-
I got into the BP Coffee thing at one time. At the end of the day I prefer to eat those two or three hundred calories. Our budgets are too tight to waste those calories like that. :)
-
I do it and it works for me. At the end of the day the main benefit is you can enjoy bigger meals because you have a smaller window of time to eat them in. For me 1800 calories a day is much more enjoyable in two decent sized meals then 3 small ones or even worse - 6 bites. :s The same with Bullet Proof Coffee, it's cool…

I know I'm late to the party but I add ground flax to my pancakes. So easy: 1 Tbsp each of Ground Flax, Coconut Flour, Heavy Cream, 2 eggs, water to thin out - mix - and pancake 'em.

One day at a time AngieBaby. That's the best way to do it. Otherwise you get overwhelmed. Focus on just today, log your meals and have fun with dancercise. What kind of diet are you following?
-
This advice fits me best: one day at a time. Thanks

I wish I could master the art of having a little bit here and there. :/
