I do both, and I like both. WW gives me face to face interaction, but I think the calories on MFP are more sensible. I could eat tons more based on my points, but I don't- I go by MFP calories. I follow everything on WW except for how many points I get per day. Also, the weekly weigh assures me that a highly accurate scale…

You've lost some weight. And Bill Gates has some money. You sir, are da boss, and you know how to do it right!

Thank you for the advice. Definitely more water. Spreading out Protein throughout my day- will make that a part of my plan.

Wow, what a graveyard of a topic. Advice, anyone?

I know someone who uses the Verilux lamp. http://www.verilux.com/ It was selling for $39.99 at Walgreens last year.

The first person personal singular pronoun "I" makes all the difference in the world. Words matter. "Love you" carries meaning, and is a great reminder that I love a person. However, when I say " 'I' love you", there is emphasis on the fact that I, a particular person, love this other particular person, and am actually…

I guess I'm ignorant. What do you mean by "with the mother"? The main thing is I am looking to see what strategies people are using to feel full throughout the day, and not go over on calories.

Um, how many times I have seen this topic, again? At least three times a month, at least.

Excellent! Congratulations!

I need a good knife, too. So I can slice up the perfect accompaniment to my fava beans and a nice chianti.

I have the benefit of having mine paid for by my work.

I am a WW member. I use points. And I eat up to my calories on MFP, but I am always way under my daily points. I like MFP's online stuff better. However, WWO is good because: It is scientifically reviewed. WW allows you to have weekly accountability. WW helps you learn the mind-game aspect of weight loss. I hear the Online…

^^^ This. Except I don't have a Kindle or other pad-type device. My iPhone and PC. And always while or immediately after I eat, if possible.

Oh. My. Goodness. You are a stunner!

My goal is 190. My doctor tells me anything less is too much weight to lose for my frame. I will fight to never go above 195 again.

Huge, huge, HUGE ALDI fan here. Their meats are not the best selection, but what they do have, they have good cuts. I really like their 80/20 ground. It's very consistent. My understanding is that their Millville Cereal is made by General Mills. I can vouch for several of the itms whouwannab listed as excellent.

The most sense I have ever read in such few words: "I don't diet, just eat right." So spot-on perfect. You look great!

Thank you all. I forgot to mention that when I showed my wife they fit, I literally did a happy dance and picked her up and ran around the room with her!

I am (now was) so big that I am just now, at 28 to 30 pounds down, starting to have people ask me if I am losing weight. I am six feet tall, and I have 120 pounds to go. I think it depends on your height and weight, your body shape, and how much lean body mass you have. The end goal is not just weight loss, it is a new…

I have 1175 calories left on the day, hence the partial fast, as I call it. I am really just trying to make sure that a partial fast doesn't backfire on me for my weight loss goals. Thank you! Yes, my meals usually hover around 600 to 700 calories. I had a big lunch today, which spurred my thinking about a partial fast.…

I hear you. I never use the extra 49 points through the week. Never. I am on WW now (starting my 18th week), but I track here- it's free and easier. Back on Topic: If you tend to over-eat, try to substitute the nutrient-dense foods with low-calorie, high-volume foods. Drink loads of water, and be sure to exercise enough so…
