I was walking 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile in the morning before work, and another 3/4 after lunch at work every day.

Well, no one answered, but that's ok. I decided to give it a try this morning. I am going to just listen to my body. And guess what, I finished the first training regimen this morning. I went about .6 of a mile in all for the first morning. If I can do it, anyone can.

I found a C25K app and I am downloading it to my iPhone now. I have a question- I way 354 right now. I am currently walking 3/4 of a mile per day. I had a cardiac test a year ago- my heart is fine. Is is dangerous for someone of my size to get into an intense routine like this?

In my opinion, The Biggest Loser is the biggest exploiter of obese people on the air today. Making people show their fat bodies in the most shameful fashion possible, the emotional vultures and voyeurs on that show have now shame. I do not allow that show in my home. And EMWE is not much better. No way I'd go on the show.
