  • I agree with dmariet116. There are good carbs and bad, probably what the Dr was referring to but didn't explain. I eat only fresh fruit (some), fresh veggies and meat (lots of fish). I do not eat grains (breads, pastas etc), white potatoes, no legumes. Try to eat what is in season as well. Look into taking out nightshades…
