Just getting started here. I ran 1/2 mile last night. Felt excellent and so glad to be back to it after my knee injury. Looking forward to continuing injury-free this time. :smiley:

I'm new to the challenge and running in general. Gonna try 20 for the month and see how I do.

I'd love to join. My goals: Lose 5 pounds. Exercise 30 minutes 3-4 times a week. Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. Drink 1 can of soda/sugary drink (maximum) a day (work my way to cutting it out). Pack lunch 4 times a week. Balance Protein, Carbohydrates and Fats within expected limits. :smiley:
