I have 2 slices of tasted Fiber One bread (100 cals) with 1/4 cup of low fat Ricotta cheese (50) with a cup of strawberries or another low calorie fruit at about 50 calories - great breakfast for 200 calories.

I use almond milk (30 cals/cup) in place of skim milk to make sugar free-fat free pudding. Only thing is you have to add about 1 to 1/12 tsp of corn starch to the mixture so it will thicken.
