Been stressing over my class. But have been able to maintain my weight. No way in hell I am putting back all the weight I lost. I might still have a few pounds I would love to take off at some point, but I am happy at where I am at nor for the time being.

I had gotten myself a pair of skinny jeans for when i got out on , din not get around to wearing them for a few months, and now they are to big.

Got a B+ on my medical terminology test. I was majorly stressing over the test because my spelling sucks. Still going to work my butt off to make sure I do at least as well on the next test.

Took my first exam, got a B+. Now that I know the testing style, and know i can do it, the next test will be easier.

People who I have never met before are shocked that I was 335 pounds at one point in my life.

Had to buy scrubs today. I wear medium pants and large shirts.

I am a white boy, I can't dance and I can't jump. I am Getting confident of the material and relaxing. I am usually bad on the first test with any teacher because I do not know his/her style. I am calming down.

I am the same way, expet My feet have stayed the same size. I use portion size just as a way to calculate calories. I will have double portion of somethings and half size portion of others. Their is no rule that says you have to follow the portion size on the container. WE just have to fit the calories into our budget.

Everyone is different. Personally for me i do carbs before Gym, and protein after. I seem to be able to loft heavier after having some carbs, but that may be psychosomatic.

Just ignore all the fad ideas given to you, and keep doing what you are doing. Keep up the great work. A very high percentage of successful people here have been told what worked for then is wrong and we still need to follow so stupid shctick.

AS a former smoker and some one who went from 335 to 168 pounds, cutting back on food is a lot easier. I can have a piece of candy or junk food once in a while and not have to fear going back to my old ways of over eating.
