Got in my cardio, plus a 8 hour shift, mostly on my feet, for over 25,000 steps, and my feet did not hurt.

welcome to the club, I think for many of us it is part of the journey. Just tell your self you are giving yourself more time in your life to deal with the smaller problems.

Have to get used to moving the chair closer to the table since their is less stomach in the way.

It is possible. I went from 335 to below 170. Take it slow and steady. You will have bad days, but just get back on track and keep going. You can do it.

Get enough sleep, enough protein and fiber. Figure out if you are stress eating or eating out of boredom or habit or since you are in front of the TV.

About a month ago I have sciatica in both legs. I Was bed ridden for week.

1) make exercise part of your daily routine that you will do no matter what. 2) If you are talking about clinical depression, exercising will make you feel better. The brain releases chemicals (endorphin I think, but do not remember for sure) that improves your mood

All my cardio is walking. I have lost 160+ pounds. You still need to burn more calories than you eat. Do whatever exercise you enjoy.

I hope to get back to doing that. Have had a bout of sciatica, but as soon as it is better, I am back to all the walking.

For me it is the opposite. The healthier I eat, the more gas I have, All the fiber I eat.

1) Yesterday was my 3 month anniversary of successful maintenance. 2) Despite have a flair up of sciatica, I still have been able to exercise. yesterday was only 1 mile at 10 minutes longer then normal , and today was 2 trips of 1 mile each, and a but quicker (even if not back to my norm.) My sciatica has improved enough that i was able to walk a mile. I was slow and stiff, but at least I got some exercise in today.

This is the first time I have had it. I am now within 5 pounds of my goal weight. I am now 165, never had it while I was over 300 pounds. I exercise daily. I walk about an hour evrey day. It may not be as much as I used to when I was a dog walker, and was able to lift regulerly. But I was able to do my cardio daily before…
