If I am under be a bit anywhere from 10 -100 I do not worry about it. their are days I am over by similar amounts. in the end it balances out. I'm 41 and I am at the healthiest weight since before puberty. As we get older our metabolism might slow down, are less active or on medications that effect weight gain. All this means is unfortunately we get to consume less calories.

Or the one about eating as much protein as the size of a deck of card. I have learned the skill of portion control, and according to blood tests I am getting enough of all my vitamin and minerals ect., I am trying to bulk, I need the extra protein.

Did your doctor make any suggestions? usually the FDA suggested amount is about 2000 MG a day. going over once in a while is no big deal. Flew cross country for a family wedding. I was able to walk down the aisle of the airplane with room to spare. At the hotel room, i took the stairs up to the 4th floor with a 24 pack of 16 oz bottles of water. Then their was all the double takes of family members who had not seen me in ages,

The same people who used to tell me that i need to loose weight, now tell me I look like a toothpick. I am at the upper end of the healthy BMI scale. I have been checking with medical professionals on when to stop loosing. Another piece of bad advice: chewing gum can cause constipation or indigestion.

I find those great to use when I do house cleaning with bleach. I do not care if i get some bleach on it and streak it. They also protect the rest of my clothing.
