Pandemic permitting I will be going away with family at end of August . Need to be at least a stone lighter to be fit enough to join in the "Adrenaline Jungle" activities booked in Sherwood Forest. "Adrenaline" isn't the first word one thinks of with an obese grandma such as me, but I'm keen to have a go.
