I always try to meditate or do some yoga. Have you tried either? This will definitely help with any depression you may experience throughout the day. Walks help too but try meditation or yoga. It always helps me!

Ugh I really want to wear crop tops again! I used to wear them about 5 years ago but with high waist shorts (always had a mini pudge) now I can't even do that. My MAIN goal is to be able to wear low waisted bottoms and a crop top & feel comfortable!
