CW: 176 GW: 165 (valentine's day goal) I have been able to drop a little over 20 lbs so far with diet only. Since last week I have been making an effort to exercise at least 4 times a week. I'm only 5'3" so this is my current goal but I plan on losing at least 30 pounds by summer.

I'm shooting for 30 lbs too! I have 4 boys and totally understand the struggle of making the time to take care of myself. We can do this!
