Some gyms are all pretty public areas, others have private rooms that you can use for your "workout". Some of this could be happening after hours or as mentioned above in showers...I am not sure about the numbers but I'm sure it happens more often than people might think. It's a totally different mind set...

Thanks for the input! I do think that rather than planning a regular cheat day/meal, I should just go with the flow and see if/when I need one.
